1. Agreement to Terms

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly payments apply for ongoing services
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

4. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work agreed upon. Delays may occur due to:

• Client delays in providing content or feedback
• Scope changes or additional requirements
• Third-party service dependencies
• Unforeseen technical challenges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• Client owns the website design and content they provided
• RR Web Design retains rights to custom code and frameworks
• Third-party elements remain property of their respective owners
• Client grants permission to display work in our portfolio

6. Warranty and Liability

We provide a 30-day warranty on all development work from project completion. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Third-party service failures
• Search engine ranking changes
• Browser compatibility issues arising after project completion

7. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Work completed up to cancellation point will be charged
• 30 days notice required for ongoing service cancellations
• Domain and hosting transfers can be arranged upon request

8. Privacy and Data Protection
